EMBROIDER ON KNITTING
Interesting concept, right? But how does it work? Well, you basically use a knitted stitch as the equivalent of a fabric hole.
On this video we start by knitting a swatch with the Afghan or Tunisian Stitch and then use that as the ‘fabric’ to embroider on.
Joanne shows you a few more interesting emboridery stitches but you can just start with the ‘duplicate stitch’ which means you’re just embroidering over the ‘v’ made by the knit stitch. -> DUPLICATE STITCH
